This prestigious award highlights Haydee’s commitment to empowering women-owned and minority-owned businesses within the construction industry in Texas.
Haydee’s company, Resilient Freight Solutions, plays a key role in the construction supply chain, providing logistics services for moving construction materials and heavy equipment across Texas. By partnering with prime contractors and supporting tier 3 and tier 4 subcontractors, Resilient Freight Solutions helps construction companies streamline operations and meet project demands.
Haydee’s leadership shines through her active roles as a Membership and Luna Award ambassador for the RHCA, and her involvement in organizations such as NAWBO, Women's Business Council Southwest, the Association of Professional Women in Construction, and Women in Trucking. Currently a student at the Turner School of Construction Dallas (Fall '24 cohort) and the Dallas College Contractor's Academy & NCCER CORE Curriculum (Cohort 17), she continues to promote diversity and inclusion in the construction and logistics sectors. Her Luna Award nomination highlights her passion for driving positive change and supporting the success of Texas businesses.
