Dallas, Texas, August 2026 – Resilient Freight Solutions (RFS) proudly announces that Founder and CEO Haydee Clark has successfully completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) Program as part of Dallas Cohort 35. The program included a series of intensive business-growth modules focused on leadership, operations, marketing, financial management, growth planning, and long-term business strategy.

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program is recognized nationwide for helping entrepreneurs build stronger companies, create jobs, and drive economic growth within their communities. Through coursework, peer collaboration, and the development of a strategic growth plan, participants gain practical tools to scale their businesses and strengthen their leadership capabilities.

For Clark, completing the program marks an important milestone in the continued evolution of Resilient Freight Solutions.

Founded in 2019, Resilient Freight Solutions has grown from a transportation and freight management company into a strategic logistics partner serving construction firms, manufacturers, government agencies, and growing businesses throughout Texas and beyond. The company specializes in freight management, construction logistics, project support services, supply chain solutions, and operational coordination that help clients execute projects more efficiently and reduce logistical risks.

"Participating in Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses challenged me to think differently about growth, leadership, and the future of our company," said Clark. "The program provided valuable insights, a powerful network of business owners, and the opportunity to build a comprehensive growth strategy that will help position Resilient Freight Solutions for long-term success."

Clark completed multiple program modules covering financial performance, leadership, operations, marketing and sales, people management, and growth execution before finalizing her business Growth Plan.

As a women-owned business leader, Clark has built a reputation for helping organizations solve complex logistics challenges while advocating for small business growth, supplier diversity, workforce development, and increased access to opportunities for women and minority-owned businesses.

The knowledge gained through the Goldman Sachs program will support Resilient Freight Solutions' next phase of growth, including expanding its construction logistics capabilities, strengthening project support services, increasing operational efficiency, and pursuing new opportunities within the public and private sectors.

"Growth is not just about increasing revenue," Clark added. "It's about building the right systems, developing great people, creating stronger partnerships, and delivering even more value to our clients. This experience reinforced our commitment to all of those things."

As RFS moves forward, the company remains focused on its mission of helping clients simplify logistics, improve project execution, and overcome supply chain challenges through practical, relationship-driven solutions.
