Construction Logistics & Material Coordination

A delivery plan needs to match the work happening on site. RFS connects supplier readiness, carrier arrangements, and field-team requirements so the right people can work from the same information.

Plan deliveries before trucks arrive

  • Review preconstruction logistics needs and material sequencing with your team.
  • Confirm suppliers, quantities, pickup readiness, and delivery windows.
  • Communicate gate instructions, access, unloading arrangements, and receiving contacts.
  • Coordinate aggregates, quarry materials, and equipment transportation around the agreed plan.
  • Define shipment updates, delivery-ticket collection, and documentation responsibilities.
  • Escalate changed site conditions to the people authorized to decide.

Your field team keeps control

Your superintendent directs site operations. Your project manager makes project decisions. RFS supports the movement, communication, and documentation between suppliers, carriers, and field teams.

Changes to sequencing, access, or unloading need approval from your authorized team. Agree on communication, documentation, and escalation responsibilities before material moves.
