Meet Our Founder

Hi, I’m Haydee Clark — a proud entrepreneur, wife, dog mom, and the heart behind Resilient Freight Solutions.

Resilient Freight Solutions was born from a mix of grit, family, and a deep love for helping small businesses win. After years in sales and operations in the manufacturing and CPG world—and watching my brother build a life on the road as a truck driver—I saw how confusing and overwhelming logistics can be for growing companies.

I set out to build something different: a people-first logistics management firm where clients feel supported, carriers are respected, and small business owners have a true partner in their corner.

Launching RFS just before the pandemic tested everything. Instead of walking away, every setback became fuel to keep going. That season shaped who we are today: resilient, transparent, and committed to doing what’s right even when it’s hard.

My mission is simple: to make logistics easy for small businesses so they can focus on running and growing their companies. I actively advocate for entrepreneurs through local councils, construction and manufacturing networks, and small business programs across Texas—always looking for ways to open doors, share knowledge, and connect others to real opportunities.

What We Do

At Resilient Freight Solutions, we make logistics and materials easier for growing teams. We coordinate full truckload, LTL, expedited, and project-based freight—and, through our Resilient Supply Hub, we support projects with jobsite access mats, packaging, janitorial supplies, and basic PPE.

We specialize in serving construction, recycled plastics, and CPG clients who want dependable logistics management without the cost of a full in-house department.
